How to Delete Your WOLO Account?
From the App Profile Section:
- Access Account Deletion: Go to the "Profile" option from the bottom navigation in the app. Find settings icon in the top right corner
- Confirmation: Go to "Account Details" then "Delete Account". If you are sure you want to permanently delete your WOLO account, please select "Yes, Delete Account" on the next screen.
- Deletion Process: Once you select "Yes, Delete Account," your profile and all associated data will be immediately and permanently removed from our servers.
- Logout: You will be logged out of the app, and logging in again will require a new sign-up process.
Unable to Access the App?
If you can’t access the app and want to delete your profile, follow these steps:
- Send an Email: Email our customer service at hello@woloport.com
- Subject Line: Include "Profile Deletion Request" in the subject line.
- Provide the Following Information:
- Full Name: Your full name as registered in the app.
- Email Address: The email address linked to your app account.
Our customer service team will handle your request promptly. Please allow up to 7 business days for the deletion process to be completed.
What Happens When You Delete Your WOLO Account?
- Data Deletion: All your personal information, including your profile, preferences, and usage history, will be permanently deleted from our servers and databases.
- Logout: You’ll be immediately logged out of the WOLO app.
- No Recovery: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You won’t have access to any of your old data and will need to start fresh.
- Re-Sign Up: To use our app again in the future, you will need to sign up as a new user.
