1. Is there a file size limit for a photo upload?
Answer: Currently the file size limit for uploading a photo is 10 MB.
2. Is there a size limit for total storage for my account?
Answer: There is no size limit for total storage for your account other than the plan rules below:
Free Plan: you can upload one image per day to one single WOLO.
Unlimited Plan: you can create unlimited WOLOs with one photo per day per WOLO.
3. How do I delete a photo that I have posted?
Answer: When you select a photo in a WOLO, it will open the detail page where an Archive button is located. Archiving a photo immediately removes it from the WOLO and from your profile feed. In the Private Archive, you will be able to restore the photo to the original post date/WOLO or permanently delete it. NOTE: If a photo exists on more than one WOLO, then you will need to repeat the Archive step in each WOLO.
4. Is it possible to find a previously Deleted photo?
Answer: Yes. You will be able to find the photo again in your Archive (in the Settings section) for 90 days. All images in the Archive will automatically be deleted after 90 days and will no longer be retrievable.
5. Where are my photos stored? Are they stored as WOLOs?
Answer: The photos are stored in secured cloud storage. You can log in to the WOLO app from any device and your images will all be there in the WOLO albums with Groupies just as you left them.
6. What happens to my WOLOs when I uninstall the app?
Answer: All of your WOLOs are stored in cloud storage. Uninstalling the app won't cause any difference. If you re-install the app and log in with your credentials, your WOLOs will be there as before. Only if canceling your account or permanently deleting any WOLO albums would you be able to remove them.
7. How is my personal information stored?
Answer: The WOLO app only requests the minimum information from you to create and maintain your content. This includes your email address, which is never shared with any third party. For more detailed information, please visit our Privacy Policy here: https://woloport.com/privacy-policy
8. Can I cancel my account?
Answer: Yes, you will be able to cancel and permanently delete your account and all content you have purchased. We would retain no history or record of your account or activities.
